The schedule outlined is a typical schedule for completing a donor survey. An exact schedule would be determined once the project is accepted and is subject to the availability of Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc.’s resources necessary to complete the project.

Week 0 Proposal/project acceptance
Week 1 Initial meeting to develop survey instrument
Week 2 Initial draft of survey to United Way
Week 3 Comments/revisions for initial survey by United Way
Revised draft of survey to United Way
Week 4 Survey approved for execution by United Way
Week 5 Survey at printer for printing and assembly
Survey is mailed to donors
Week 7 Cut-off date for receiving completed donor surveys
Week 8-11 Survey analysis and report development
Week 12 Complete report delivered to United Way

A detailed schedule with specific dates for each phase of the project is established once the project is accepted. Projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis so the amount of time required to complete a project is subject to the availability of Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. schedules projects three to six months in advance.
