Price Guaranteed. At Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. we guarantee our price once the contract is signed. Period. Our price quotes do not include fine print for a range of plus-or-minus 10%. This allows you to more accurately budget the cost of your research.

The total project cost is based upon the number of people surveyed and the length of the survey. Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. handles all aspects of the research and interviewing process. The cost includes all of the following:

• All meetings with United Way
• Custom-designed survey development
• Printing of survey forms for mail surveys
• Interviewing expenses for telephone surveys
• Return postage for all completed mail surveys returned to Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc.
• Processing and analysis of all completed surveys
• Development of a final report and statistical reference book
• Copies of the narrative final report
• One copy of the statistical reference book for each survey
• Presentation of the research results to United Way
• All expenses incurred, including travel, printing, postage, etc.

When the project is accepted, a prepayment of 50% of the total project cost will be requested along with a signed retention agreement. The final payment of 50% of the total project cost will be due upon delivery of the final report.
