The schedule outlined is a typical schedule for completing a community survey. An exact schedule would be determined once the project is accepted and is subject to the availability of Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. resources necessary to complete the project.

Week 0 Approval of proposal and acceptance of project by the nonprofit organization
Week 1 Meeting with the nonprofit organization to review the objectives and content of the community survey
Week 2 First draft of survey to nonprofit organization
Week 3 Nonprofit organization comments on first draft to Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc.
Week 4 Revised draft of survey sent back to nonprofit organization for approval
Week 5-7 Interviewing for community survey
Week 7-10 Survey analysis and report development
Week 11 Survey report delivered to nonprofit organization
Week 12 Meeting with nonprofit organization’s management and staff to review report

A detailed schedule with specific dates for each phase of the project will be established once the project is accepted. Projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis so the amount of time required to complete a project is subject to the availability of Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. resources. Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. schedules projects three to six months in advance.
