The Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. Advantage:

Narrative Summaries as well as Statistical Data. At Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc., we take the time to analyze data collected and develop reasoned, logical conclusions.  Our findings are presented to you in an easily understandable format.

At the completion of the project, the nonprofit organization will receive a narrative summary report, a statistical reference book, and a presentation of the research results.

Narrative Summary Report. The first report is a narrative summary of the survey results. This summary is written in an easy-to-read, easy-to-understand format and includes a description of the survey process, research results, and conclusions for the survey. The narrative summary is designed and written for anyone who wants to use the information from the survey, without requiring a statistical background. Narrative summaries normally average about 50-70 pages in length. The nonprofit organization will receive bound copies of the narrative summary report, a loose copy for duplication, and an electronic format.

Statistical Reference Book. The second report document is the statistical reference book. This book lists the survey results analyzed by a number of different variables such as age, gender and household income. This reference book is not intended to be read from cover to cover, but to be used like a dictionary to look up additional information about a certain topic or survey question. Statistical reference books normally run hundreds to thousands of pages in length and are presented in three-ring binders. One copy of the statistical reference book will be provided for each survey. Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. will also provide the data in an electronic format (SPSS file).

Presentation. Once the report is completed, Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. will present and discuss the research with the management and staff of the nonprofit organization.
